TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETINGS
We are pleased to highlight the successful completion of three Transnational Project Meetings (TPM) within The Learning Bridge project, held in Klaipeda (Lithuania), Tarragona (Spain), and Hasselt (Belgium). Each meeting has played a pivotal role in reinforcing the project’s strategic direction and strengthening collaboration across all partner institutions.
These sessions have allowed us to establish clear delivery timelines, refine workflow structures, and ensure that responsibilities are fully aligned across teams. They also provided a valuable space to review preliminary outcomes, validate key milestones, and conduct targeted internal pilot activities to guarantee coherence and quality before moving into broader implementation phases.
Beyond operational alignment, these meetings helped consolidate a shared vision, improve communication channels, and anticipate challenges with a proactive mindset. The constructive dialogue and strong commitment demonstrated in each location have been essential to sustaining momentum and achieving measurable progress.
ONLINE MEETINGS
In addition to the on-site Transnational Project Meetings, The Learning Bridge project has maintained strong coordination through regular online meetings held every three months via Google Meet. These sessions have allowed all partners to leverage the advantages of remote collaboration, ensuring steady progress between physical gatherings.
Each meeting followed a structured agenda designed to monitor objectives, review ongoing tasks, address emerging needs, and align next steps. This framework has been essential for maintaining clarity, accelerating decision-making, and keeping all teams fully informed.
The consistent commitment shown by all partners in these online sessions has reinforced efficiency, strengthened communication, and guaranteed that the project moves forward with coherence and shared focus.
