Work Package 1 (WP1)

Work Package 1 (WP1) focuses on the overall management and coordination of the project. Its primary goal is to ensure that all activities and objectives of the project are carried out effectively and on time. WP1 is about establishing the foundation for smooth collaboration among all partners, ensuring that everyone is aligned and that the project progresses as planned.

At its core, WP1 includes:



Coordinating communication between the partners to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the project.



Monitoring progress, ensuring that the milestones are achieved, and addressing any issues that may arise during the project execution.



Ensuring quality control, by evaluating the project’s outputs, managing risks, and making sure that the deliverables meet the expected standards.

The management in WP1 involves regular meetings, both virtual and in-person, where partners review progress and make decisions about the project’s next steps. It also includes financial oversight, ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget. In essence, WP1 acts as the central engine of the project, providing structure, organization, and guidance to all other work packages, making sure that the project runs efficiently and successfully.
